Steve Dendrinos graduated as a Physicist from the University of Tenn. in 1961. One of his first jobs was in Huntsville Al. at NASA. At NASA he worked in the area of Vibrations/Acoustics on the Saturn Rocket. Since NASA was then plowing new ground, he was forced to perform in depth literature searches from universities around the world.
When he returned to Knoxville he worked for two of the then largest computer companies i.e Digital Equipment Corp. and Wang Laboratories. If you know anything about computers, you know that you must be in a constant study mode in order to stay current. In order to be successful selling million dollar computers to large companies, you have to know your product. In 1973 he started his own reail computer company Creative Software Dev. Inc DBA Computer King tm. and the company is now 34 years old. In the early days of the business it was neccessary to analyze a company's business and then to design a program to automate it. Systems analysis is now a science, but in those days it was the price of admission to the computer world.
At the age of 51, he came down with a case of Congestive Heart Failure. This particular disease keeps you pretty much immobile. Since he liked to read, he did an in depth literature search of the disease using the skills that he had learned at NASA and found nutritional supplements that brought him back to full function in a short order of time.
